Is Telkom upping their game?

My wife Daniella applied for Telkom ADSL for our house on Thursday and we got it on Saturday.  I’m not sure how this happened but it seems to me that a little miracle has occurred here.  The one reason I have never bothered to get ADSL in the past is the stories about Telkom taking 3 months to get it done.

Has anyone else noticed a sudden change in service levels or am I an anomaly?
